You should write to them via Emma every day, I did this for several weeks, it's May 10th 2022. They sent us an rfe and we answered it within 5 days. You're already on time, good luck.

Each month, many don't realize that a small percentage of cases get "left behind". I was one of those who waited 16.5 months while others in my filing month were approved months before me. The site says that even after the published time, you shouldn't inquire for an additional 6 weeks (inquiry date). I felt I had waited long enough and wanted assistance. I contacted Emma and spoke to a live agent several times asking if my case had been lost and also filed a claim with the Ombudsmen's office for assistance.

@hukampartap Singh I am not sure if my contact worked or not. At 16.5 months, I told myself I would contact them daily until my case was worked. After 2 days, the case status changed to approved. Now after that, I never recieved a paper NOA2. After requesting a duplicate, I still never received one. At that point, I contacted the Ombudsmen's office and their inquiry help me get the NOA2 form.
