@shenni law Actually I already applied i-130 on 6th December 2023 maybe after 3/4 months my case will be approve but I did not submit passport size photo because my laywe did not ask me for passport size photoes so now I am a little worried about not submitting passport size photos

@ immigration is going to send you an RFE asking for the pictures don't worry just take them and have them close by just don't sign them until it's nesisary
