@just smile my file was sent there from NBC about 2 or 3 weeks ago so I was wondering how long they normally take to make a final decision. I’m waiting on my I 130 and I 485 to be approved PD march 22, 23

@Ivan R yea that’s the same office, it’s has a Fairfax address. my case has been at NBC for over a year now and they just transferred it to this FO. this wait has been very long so I’m hoping that they approve my case asap

We had interview there like 3 weeks ago. it was easy nothing personal just how we meet and how was our wedding. We weren’t separated or anything. I-130 was approved the same day but 485 about 2 weeks later because we had RFE issued for 485 at the interview. @damo
