May here. Based on a lot of research into my specific consulate officer which is pretty average, it will be 16 months from NOA1 to interview. So you can expect to be done by July next year.

Im always confused with everyone’s answers on timelines…I noticed that some people waiting on i130 are IN the US already, while others are waiting in their home country, and the ones waiting in US look like they get processed faster and differently? Also, each country of origin is different in terms of wait time. And also…I notice that permanent residents peticioning for a spouse have to wait until a visa becomes available and have to be watching the bulletin all the time for updates versus citizens applying for a foreign spouse don’t have to wait that extra time and the visa bulletin doesn’t even apply to them. I wish that when people posted about timelines they would give details on their case. It would be more helpful.
