waiting .. marriage base green card
Hello house, , please anybody with similar case.. I and my husband went for first interview last year august 2020 the interview was so smooth ,at the end of the interview my case tracker says.. interview complete and your case must be review , , six month later we received a letter for second interview, which is this year macrh, everything is perfect, out of ten Questions we fail just one.. from March till now, No update from uscis.. please anyone with advice on what I can do… thanks in advance

normally they have 120 to make a decision after interview. seems yours is more than that time line so you either threaten a mandamus or you actually file one and you will need a lawyer to help you with that if you don’t have one

it only remains them remembering your case. what to do is, pray and have faith in God, then give to the poor, then raise service request just so they have something to make them look at your case. Goodluck

you can do it with live agent through chat with Emma or by your on the uscis case status menu bar after login in into your account
