waiting …
We have already been waiting for more than a year for the response of the i-130 due to recommendations from USCIS and because we are “current” last week we submitted the I-485 adjustment, plus travel and work permits. We trust that this can help us speed up the process…. Anyone with a similar case?

I’m also an F2A, filled I-130 in October 2022 and AOS in February 2023.

@MarIlyn martino my i130 is still being reviewed. Just wondering…how were you able to file those other 2 forma without being asked to yet? is it because your spouse/beneficiary is currently inside the US while waiting for i130 approval? for those of us whose spouses are waiting in their home country we cannot file anything more until asked.

@erica
If my husband is in the United States, I could have sent everything from the first moment but unfortunately they gave me bad advice. Now I have a one year old I-130 and I'm barely adjusting to sending it.

@FR P Did you also do it separately? have you received any response?
FR PSep 20, 2023
@MarIlyn martino Yes, different times as I stated in my first comment. I got my EAD in June and received a RFE in August.
