wait time
married to a usc got an RFE for a misdemeanor I had in college 10 years ago responded to the RFE with a wavier the got my case updated to cancellation request for evidence. was wondering if anyone has an idea of what the wait time for a decision to be made for a case like mine

@Debi o hi. I also had a misdemeanor when I was a teenager that got dismissed I sent all documents about it along with my initial application. I’m still waiting for either RFE or approval filed back in July. Did you send all documentation about your misdemeanor with your initial application?

no we sent it when they asked for it I had honestly forgotten about it I had to fill a wavier but I sent all applications feb 2022
