Visitor visa after submitting i130
Can my wife apply for visitor visa? we just applied in March 2023 and no updates yet. will applying for a visitor visa be an issue for her?

but u can apply for i129 for her to come wait here for i130 aprove

@san P but I thought for I 129F is for only citizens. I'm a greencard holder

@migara perera ok well u have a long wait I advice apply for citizenship then update u case. greencard holders are the last spouse to come to the us because they have to wait until visa become available.
