Visa Issued but havent got the passport yet
Hello Guys please help me out with that. My wife had an interview on February 4. She got approved for the visa. One day in CEAC I checked the status, and it showed under Administrative processing. The next day till now it is showing issued. It's been 15 days she hasn't received any email or call to pick up the passport. Consular officer said with in 1 week she will get her passport with visa.
Now i dont have any idea what i need to do. Or how long it will take to get the passport back.
Please let me know if you have any idea for that.

write an email to the cosulate that processes the visa include the DS160 number and other necessary information

On the day she got approved for the visa, the consular must have given her a sticker and told her which date to pick up her passport. Since it’s past the one week the officer said, she should go to the embassy with the sticker she was given to pick up the passport

Consular didnt give her any sticker
Only the thing consular gave her a congratulations paper that in written visa is approved. @storm put

I remembere, it happened to me like this before. we have visa approved but they give us our passport over months. my Mom called them, and talked talked before they given in Cameroon. the time they gived only for 2 weeks to expire. call them , don’t let your visa expired
