Almost 6 months and just 1 and half months of movement

slow movement like what we having is better than moving fast and then retrogress

There are a lot of people with priority dates earlier than September 1st who still haven’t received final decisions. It doesn’t help to move the case if it’s still going to sit for months without a response. Some people have been current for more than 8 months and still nothing.

@Bill : ) that’s the issue! they are not approving previous cases also not even moving visa bulletin. I hope they don’t waste 10k visas this year!

@Amin Goretz I agree with you. To be honest, I think they will waste the 10k. They are taking so long to make a decision. They are holding all the cases. This makes me sad.

I still stand by my prediction, the final action date will catchup to the filing date. final action date will progress to dec 1, 2021 and in October 27 fiscal year it will be Jan 22

it’s a possibility that they might keep the filing date stagnant

they had already 6k in inventory so the date will not move until they clear this 6k.

@screw BDV I may have missed your prediction post/comment. when do you think final action date would reach to dec 2021? my pd is Nov 11,2021 no rfe or interview yet…

@Eb3 other probably April your pd will be current for final action. Another 4-6 months to get GC after that. Its wild out there.
