hi guys,
I am having problems understanding the VB. my PD is 9.11.2019 EB3 ROW - as I read it I am not current however the Final Action date (according to June, waiting for July) is 11.22.22, according to the same bulletin
"Numbers are authorized for issuance only for applicants whose priority date is earlier than the final action date listed below..."
does it mean that in theory they should be working on my case?

I am eb3 skilled. but the VB, does not show a difference... is eb1 2 and 3 other workers 4th religious eb5 rural...

if you’re EB3 skilled, then you’re current. are DQ qualified?
