assuming the July retrogression was because they’re approaching the yearly limit.. I think this is slightly good news? because they’ll continue to process and clear out more older cases this fiscal year.

It will probably get worse in September, but should improve in October. Bulletin had this note: "Although retrogression has not been necessary for August, it will likely be necessary to either retrogress the final action date or make the category “Unavailable” in September."

retrogeression after June every year is normal. recovery is expected in October. let’s hope for a good jump.
