Visa Bulletin and I-485 question
Hi all,
I am a Green Card holder, filed I-130 for my spouse in April 2025. The I-130 is pending decision.
The visa bulletin for September 2025 has
•Final Action Dates chart for F2A as 1 Sept2022 and
•Dates for Filing Family Sponsored visa applications chart as 1 June 2025
USCIS says all family-sponsored filings should use date of filing chart for September 2025
here is my question/confusion
Based on the information above, can I go ahead and file an I-485 for my spouse while the I-130 is still pending?

yes, you can. that’s changed several months ago, you should send all the additional forms on your priority date, which is for your sept 2025.

he doesn’t, several months ago USCIS posted new information, you need to check priority date and send all the other forms.

yes you can file as long as you are in valid status and current in the 2nd chart
