@Barbara b @A M I have a question, people who are doing consular processing have to pay attention to the filing date? once the filing date is current, is it assigned the consular appointment? Is the final action date not so important for those who do consular processing?

@Barbara b hi i am from Venezuela and my case is at NVC i am already documentarily qualified and i am waiting for the interview appointment in the consulate of bogota, my PD is april 2022, so i don't know which date must be current for the NVC to assign me the appointment, if the final action date or the filing date

@Rafael Mendoza Final action date it’s your priority date PD and must be current I order to recieve your consular interview. Filling date is just for NVC 6 steps and there are some proyections for the august 2023 Visa Bulleting moving from Feb 15 /22 to Mar 15/22 on the EB2 category.
