UK L1A - EB1C. submitted all concurrently. I140 approved in June, been waiting in NBC for 485 since July. keeping all fingers crossed for an update/answer soon.

@Kevin Rowe yes, we submitted everything together although that will now be a year on the 26th Jan so I am anticipating and RFE (although I really hope not)

What is this Emma I keep seeing on posts? @A A Does fact my 485 in NBC mean anything @j s or would I definitely not got any approval until after you do, not sure how their system works in terms of order tbh

@Kevin Rowe emma is chat on uscis. u can connect to live agent and ask about status of your case. type live agent. cases can be approved at nbc without going to FO and interviews.

@A A yes we’ve received EAD + AP. solely waiting for i485. spoke to Emma - same response each month = still within processing time 🥲

People always ask priority date which I thought would be when I submitted my 485 but I learned today that as UK/L1a is current my PD would be when I submitted i-140 is that correct pls?
