does anyone have any experience with sending a written enquiry to USCIS Vermonth Office? how would I expect a response? I’m just wondering if they will write back with a response, give a phone to me or an email? if anyone has ever been through this any information on this sharing would be greatly appreciated. thank you 😊

oh and my case is only 11 months old. I didn’t receive a prima facie, though I did have a biometrics appointment one month ago
