Vermont Service Center/ F2A
Hello everyone,
I am posting this for those who are in F2A case at VERMONT SERVICE CENTER or other centers. I hope this helps for everybody to see the difference of PROCESSING TIME.
1. Are there anyone submit ALL FORMS CONCURRENTLY: I-130, I-485...?
Please share your timeline!
2. Are there anyone submit ONLY I-130:?
Please share your timeline!
We may know/ are told to submit I-130 first, and wait until it gets approved then submit other forms (as stated on USCIS website). However, I have seen so many people submited all forms. And their case are being processed faster than those only have I-130.
PLEASE SHARE YOUR TIMELINE TO HELP PEOPLE. PLEASE!!!

I guess you are right with submitting all forms concurrently and case moving faster. I have submitted mine as only I 130 and although it’s just been 2 months of filing but I’ve a feeling it’s gonna take long time. It’s not even actively reviewing, just stuck on receipt part!

@Thi Nguyen I think I agree with you on the concurrent filing part. It basically depends on the Visa Bulletin dates if it states “C” meaning current that’s when F2A categories can concurrent file.
However, my PD is 23rd Mar 2021 i130 F2A Vermont SC filed only i130 and it has been stuck on case received while others who filed way after my in May 2021 got approved. This wait is so annoying.
