Vermont EAD - need some positive news…?
Like many of you, I will be losing my job on Friday as my EAD expires and the renewal is still pending. Anybody else submit their i765 around March/April to Vermont? I’m an E2 spouse (a17) and really want to know when I can expect to be able to work again. I’m so sick of my career being interrupted by delays from USCIS 😔

9 months- that’s crazy! have you tried to expedite? are you the same category/vermont also? doesn’t bode well!

A17 as well, receipt date is 04/05/21. Got my expedite request denied in June. Crazy delays!

Nope, I did not expedite my case because I’ve been reading everywhere that USCIS is not considering Job loss as convincing reason to approve expedite request. It is very very depressing.

I’ve seen some March -April approvals even though most of them are still waiting for their last year receipt dates… not sure what order USCIS is follwing in approving the case..
