we are from aug 16th 2023 and yet waiting they sent us RFE for already uploaded doc on 22nd Nov and we responded as soon as they uploaded what uscis need 26th nov

@Mr. Patel my wife had a previous divorce which she has uploaded all the documents from that anyways

@Jacob Needham i have seen many cases takes longer time when there is previous divorce hoping to get approval

we been told to call usics if there is no reason to RFE in next 60 days its been 56 days I dont see any change @Jacob Needham

@Mika La Rock I’m October as well. I’m still waiting. hopefully by January ending or February they’d move to Oct. I’ve seen a few Oct cases getting approval but mostly late September are getting approved right now. so let’s hope. I’m Oct 4th. I can’t wait to get approved. This process is tiring tbh 😔
