You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

normal process time for vawa is 36 months, my pd is July 2022 can I still file for mandamus ?

@ay n you have the same timeline as me. i485 is March 2018. vawa was filed March 2022. i would love to file a lawsuit too if I can. I think i360 PD is different from i485. if someone can confirm this then I have grounds to file lawsuit. @Jane doe same here my interview was scheduled &canceled 3times from 2018-2021 and i eventually filed vawa 2022.

@Mrkvica M. I read on forums that you don't have to wait for outside of normal processing time.... by law 6 month uscis has to process the cases... court want to see at minimum 1 year delay and a very good cause supporting your mandamus...
