nope.

the last mail I got said I don’t have to go in for a finger print. that’s after uscis acknowledged the response to more evidence request.

do you have an attorney to help you? my prima facie came in the mail after 3 months

yes I have same case my time is 08/25/20 the only different I make biometrics

I'm August 2020, went to do biometrics last November and I have received my second prima, still waiting for approval...

When did you receive your second prima facie? Was it before or close to the expiration date?

a received it 2 weeks later after the first one expired, however the date on the second one was approved a week before than the first to be expired.

Did you receive a notice of action saying that your second prima facie was approved?

I just received the prima facie thru my lawyer

same time with mine,my attorney advised me to be patient,my prima facie was not renewed when it expired

Anselam their on year 2019 right now so you got time it normally takes 2-3 years for vawa. and I’ve heard of people not getting anything but a case received and biometrics and got approval so it’s not a problem if you never received your prima facie. you seem to be doing fine if anything else is needed they will request it

Anselam ~ You’ll probably receive the PF once they go over your RFE. I’ve had 3 of them in a span of 2yrs. The first one was for 1yr & the other 2 were for 6 months each. My case is 2yrs & 2 months old. I’ve never gotten an EAD even though I applied for one. After getting RFE in April & sending it back in Sept., I got the notification that a new card is being produced. It’s a long tiring process, but I’m more than confident in saying you’ll get the PF next. Good luck!

Anselam ~ Did your ex spouse file the i130 & i485 forms previously? I’m getting a little confused. idk if the i485 file is taken into consideration for the Vawa? I know the i130 is as that’s the priority date that’s used.

K P: yes. but I had to withdraw my application. before filling i360

Ok thanks for that. I was just looking over my receipts from my marriage & comparing them w/the Vawa receipt notices & I didn’t see one for the i485.

K P: you get approved for VAWA first, before you can file i485 again. that is, if you didn’t file concurrently.

it doesn’t look like this atty did. Smh Is it true that you will not get an EAD before a Vawa approval???

On the 18th of October notification stated new card being processed. It’s been a long & stressful journey, I just want to get on with my life already.
