Vawa taking too long
i submitted my baba Oct 2020 and since then all have been getting was prima facie over Prima Facie, so I did multiple congressional enquiry and CIS ombudsman’s enquiry, but avail to nothing , my lawyer request that she do a congressional enquiry and ombudsman enquiry on my behalf. so my question is , will my enquiry affect the one my lawyer will submit.

Seems outside normal times, if you have good case and want to get a decision, maybe try mandamus, do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" many people got helped from there.
