I started a marriage base case (2020) was then sent a RFE, replied to the rfe with my vawa case(2021). vawa approved (2022).i485 that was submitted from 2020 got approved (2024) based off the approved vawa

@It Will Work for me I submitted letters from friends, pictures, letter from my counselor, proof of good moral character, my statement and stuff to prove the marriage was legit. I did use a lawyer

No he didn’t. I submitted an e-request after 14 months of waiting after vawa and 2 days after submitting the e-request uscis sent me RFE for medical and i864w

how is a e-request done ? I’m sorry but my attorney isn’t with me anymore. i guess after all that money I was just paying for him to represent me for my i360 so unless I pay him more I am on my own moving forward with my i485
