I guess am getting two EAD c31 card my case approved April 16 2022 I got my card like a week after with the approval notice now my case approved yesterday July 11 2022 😱🫣🤔🫣🤭wonder if it’s my GC they approved 😂😂😂😂😂

You have to look under the I 485 receipt number if it says card being produced then that’s it

@rody and @naivalf I check I -485 like a hundred times wondering what’s going on even on the official website it say case approved under receipt I-360 which already approved as I say April 16 but am wait and see what really approved

i360 is the first one is approved, they send you your work permit for longer time and c31 is your new category. Then i485 need to be approved as well, thats whe. you get your GC, hope is your case Shauna, im in the same situation, waiting for 485

Shaun, C31 was your EAD approved based on your vawa, when we get c31 approval it means your vawa is approved, in July notification you got is actually for your vawa, you wont get another c31. you will just get approval letter of your vawa, congratulations and enjoy

shauna Hickman I was approved too April got the c31 ead recently I got another ead approved c09 category which is 1485 my 1485 just shows that finger print has being applied since 2yrs plus now and nothing since then

@shauna thats the thing, 1 form (i360) is for vawa, which is approved, that means they believe your case was a true one, that will guarantee they have grounds to give you your gc and approved it. The other for (i485) is for change of status, thats just paper work before gc, they will check if theres nothing they need from you before giving you the gc, like: medical exam not submitted or expired one if you submitted in the beginning, nothing to worry about, the waiting is the thing that is killing me here, but we'll both get an update soon.
