vawa pending since feb4,2024, bios done for GC,TD,WP
hello, please give me advice or share your experiences …. spouse of green card holder. I filed vawa and respond RFE October 25,2024 and then I filed work permit, travel document ,green card together on October 2,2025.. I received biometrics letter and done bios on April 3rd for three of them… but green card is updated with bios and work and travel still remains same as case was received. what I can expect next and what I have to do ? any approval soon ? please advice .

It is normal for one form to update with biometrics while the others still say “case received.” The systems do not always update together. Since your VAWA I-360 is still pending, the C09 EAD based on I-485 may move, or if VAWA is later approved you may also have C31 eligibility. At this stage, expect waiting, possible RFE, EAD/AP movement, or I-360 decision. There is nothing specific to do unless USCIS requests evidence.
