vawa pending since 2020
recieved a notification. no rfe this is the first notification since 2020
it says notice of intent was mailed on lawfully
on the uscis website it say Notice explaining USCIS action was Mailed
anyone knows what this possibly means ? or had similar experience

@m&m s This is a really frustrating situation after years of waiting, but nowadays USCIS doesn't know what they need. m
My friend got an NOI straight, not an RFE.
