@solz blessed did you file your EAD as category C9 or C31?

If it's a C9 you should have gotten it already but if it's a C31 when your approved that's the time your going to get it...

@Jada Jojo I also to have a question, I submitted my C09 EAD renewal However they sent my stuff to Vermont, now I have EAC on my receipt notice. Does this mean I won't get my renewal till approval?

@solz blessed with the C31 your going to get it when your vawa is approved.. If you had choose C9 you would have gotten it before your vawa is approved..

@Katrona Farrington some Ead renewals are taking long for some reason but I don't know why.. Because I ask my lawyer to send my renewal in on July 2024 and it was expiring August 2024 I did get my receipt and it now at 78 days and still pending but when my vawa was approved in August 2024 I always received a 1 year ead base on my vawa as well which protects me from deportation.

@solz blessed I didn't get a RFE on my vawa case. I know am going to get a RFE for medical base on my i-485 because that I haven't done yet... And as for my EAD when filing I choose C9 and I got in a year....
