when I sent my adjustment of status with the travel permit and work permit is free of charge ?
EAD AND AP come free of charge ?

Yes..
EAD n AP is free if you’re paying for the AOS fees(I485) .

it’s free for initial and renewel of work and Ap permits if you pay first time for I 485. if you did not pay for the I 485 for the initial petition and got fees waived then you need to pay for the renewal of EAD and Ap.
