VAWA more than 5 years
In the worst case scenario, how long did it take you to hear that the decision was made on the VAWA case? Have you heard more than 5 years? without mandamus

I did apply in feb 2023 so that means that in the worst case escenario I might hear until 2028 omg 🥹🥹😩😭

@PG Jav do u want advice just forget about checking this app regularly and live your life good 2 years probably you wont hear them maybe rfe but not approval:( but wishing you will get it super soon i been waiting since 2021 January

@PG Jav @tired from waitingg is right. Give it 2 more years and then start checking the app.I am sorry that I have to say it, but it is still early for your approval. There are so many people from 2020 and 2021 still waiting.😔 sorry. Just live your life and miracle will happen!

@Naomi N I applied in 2018 and got denied in sep 2023. After I refiled in Oct 2023, I got first time prima faci and ead for 5 years with travel document. I hope I should hear good news.
