anyone vawa applicants tried Mandamus ( sue uscis ) process? if then what was the outcome & how faster was your decision taken by uscis?

Rocco FortéDec 13, 2021
Mandamus compels the USCIS to decide your case. The decision they make is subject to the facts of your case.

@Rocco Forte, did you applied this process in your case?
Lilo PelekaiDec 13, 2021
Rocco is right, but forgot to mention that it's not an immediate process. it takes a few months to allow each party involved ample time to respond and act.
Rocco FortéDec 13, 2021
@My Name my case is fairly new so no need for mandamus yet. Yes @Lilo they usually take action two to three months after the mandamus is filed

timeline? need to know to know if you are out of processing time. i have seen good as well as bad outcomes
🤚🤚🤚 benDec 13, 2021
why do you think about it? your case is outside processing time?
M
My NameDec 13, 2021
yes case is outside of processing time. so if anyone applied mandamus then let me know. if not then pass.
Rocco FortéDec 13, 2021
@My Name No two cases are the same. If you filed a rubbish case and do mandamus then your case will be denied. If you filed a strong case and do mandamus then your case will be approved. Mandamus has no bearing on whether your case will be approved or not. Use Attorney Jim Hacking if you want to file mandamus 🤝

lol, good luck with that attitude
Lilo PelekaiDec 13, 2021
pablo romero - lol. I was thinking the same thing. some people take that attitude to USCIS, get their cases denied, and then they wonder why... Rocco Forte - very true about the Mandamus. it's not a miraculous process, and again USCIS don't owe anyone anything. even good cases can get denied as USCIS will always find a reason to do it. and little things like attitude can do the trick. so maybe, My Name, show some humility to those who you are seeking help from. it can open doors that you never imagine even existed.

lilo, these people acting as if doing favor on us by asking for help. and on Uscis by applying as if uscis need these people. shame on these people and i am glad they are in this situation. rather than hiring attorney or providing us information so we can help they showing us attitude. good luck my name. hope you will learn your lesson
Lilo PelekaiDec 13, 2021
pablo - I don't necessary think it's a good thing that many find themselves in tricky situations, but I agree that a lot of them land themselves there. even that kind of attitude can make an attorney drop you as a client. nobody got time for it. it's common sense that when you need help from people whoever that is, you act grateful and humble, not entitled. on here, we all go out of our ways to assist and support each other the best we can, but we don't replace licensed legal professionals. so, when an entire community like this one come in to assist someone and that someone is not even grateful for that, one can wonder why such a person is even here to begin with. this is the type of people labeled as choosing beggars on Reddit. cr@py attitude, entitled, arrogant, and cheap. 🤷‍♀️

@ROCCO FORTE, TY. I heard the same as you said. The reason was my inquiries, I wanted to know anyone who applied in practical field about mandamus and then what happened their cases?. but I can see some people in my post barking without even properly reading. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I highly appreciate your supportive answer. my case pretty smooth but I was thinking not to wait anymore but then again I was thinking investing money for mandamus would be worthy or not? though my vawa approved but thinking for i485 should I wait 3 months more or not? my lawyer said no need to worry because your case has everything positive but you know it was my courisity. 💆🏻‍♂️

@pablo, I’m not asking help from you. I’m 100% sure you didn’t read my questions. 😂 if you never applied mandamus then just move on. but your statement sounds like you know all. get a life. I never asked help from you 🤦🏻‍♂️

If your case, petition, application, visa, is just pending, you have a right not to wait any longer. If you cannot afford an attorney to sue USCIS, you can do it yourself as a Pro Se, meaning you are suing USCIS yourself, you are representing yourself. You would not need to go to court in front of a judge, the case will be handled without you. https://youtu.be/DTpLHeY0bC8
