I put in a renewal for my work authorization on Jan 29th 2024, i765 expires March 31 2024, I am yet to receive receipt notice for i765, and on March 1 2024, I sent a letter to humanitarian services and till date I have not received a response. My employer is on my case to provide a renewed work authorization..

you should have send renewal 180 days before the expiration date of the I-765 that you have now

c09 I sent my work auth renewal sept 2023 nov 2023 they sent it back for non payment and requested me to send it to national benefits center....I sent out my packet Feb12 2024 I got my receipt notice the first week in march and fees were waived..I haven't received ANYTHING on my travel doc renewal🤷♀️ was sent to Vermont. No notice nor Credit Card charge! Just a waiting game.

I just did in December of 2023 and I got back my receipts and I didn’t pay. do you have a pending I-485 ?
