@m&m s I feel the same way. I really hope they don’t issue an RFE anymore. USCIS can request an RFE at any point, and if a case is stuck in a large backlog and hasn’t reached an officer yet, there is still a chance of receiving one. Let’s stay positive. My case is genuine, and I already submitted a strong set of documents. While waiting, I’ve also gathered additional supporting documents as a backup in case they are needed. I meet a person from my lawyer office he filed the case 7.5 years before still no RFE no approvel he is getting his EAD on time, so there are a lot of people in our situation. Now a days you can notice that the case processing is getting delayed and I see less approvals. be positive, I pray for all

@summerlover 07 @m&m yes, I heard that too. people are getting more RFEs nowadays. one of the guy got 2nd RFE and uscis is saying all the documents are fake. then he went back and got the details from bank, companies and send back to USCiS again.

m&m hopefully one day soon. Please have patience. I did some research, and this is my understanding. Each case is different. Some cases are in backlog, some are assigned to agents but no action is taken on them. These kinds of cases may sit there for a while. Once an officer starts working on the case, you will either receive an RFE or an approval. Even if we file on the same day, the processing speed can vary. I remember someone who filed around the same time as me, and they have already become a U.S. citizen. USCIS does not process cases strictly in the order they are received. There is no proper or consistent system. It depends on which officer gets the case and how quickly they process it. Some officers work efficiently, while others are slower. USCIS case inquiries and congressman inquiries are ways to reach out, but in most cases, they do not work. We can try them, but results are not guaranteed. These are requests, not orders to process the case faster. I have tried all of them except mandamus. My lawyer advised waiting rather than going that route. Even USCIS can override a mandamus, and it also depends on which state your case is in—this is what my lawyer explained to me. I’m sure people will have different opinions. Some may say this is wrong or ridiculous.
