I asked this question to an attorney she said its possible and you just need to file new 130 and 485 and wait the previous 360 and 485 get the denial or she said you can wait until you file the new package and drop the other package and she said with your VaWa advance parole you can even travel because they won’t send you a new one but on the arrival that confusss the officers so I decided to keep waiting @ayel yael

@Ivan b april 2022 i heard you can transfer you’re i485 submitted with vawa to your new i130 its called changing basis of the case and then you either wait for what gets approved first or withdraw

@didi s close to what? have you seen all those denials and rfes ? you wait for 4 years and then what? Its so frustrating

@ayel yael you can transfer your 485 from marriage to wava but you can’t re-transfer from wava to your new marriage

I think you have two three more months before hear back if not get marry later

@ayel yael I understand is frustrating but you also have to have in mind that people get denied through marriage application as well, we’re all taking a risk regardless of what route we decide to go. good luck
