Vawa I-485 case inquiry
Hey Folks,
when can I make a case inquiry for my I-485, after they received my medical RFE?…or I should just wait…?
my Vawa got approved and then they transferred my I-485 from Vermont to NBC (Lee’s Summit)
they sent me a RFE for medical which they received almost 4 months ago…
I don’t know when is “out of normal processing time “!?
any suggestions/ advice?…
