@happiness ❤️ I went to the interview alone without my ex. After some months, uscis sent a letter to my attorney that, I never showed up for interview which of course I did and that it’s been abandoned.

@happiness ❤️ where did u send the medical i sent it to the local office and it took 3 months to get update "rfe received " and now from that is 4 months waiting

@D N I sent it to NBC and 3 days later got update rfe received

@happiness ❤️ u should be wavied interview since it's NBC i see many people got wavied from it i think maybe avarage 4-5 months u got an approval

@D N I hope so. it’s currently at the field office. been there for 2 months. they keep saying an officer is looking at it but still no update

@happiness ❤️ def it is wavied since NBC in missouri and it is processing right away but at the local office 50:50 chance the interview even though they sent the notice that "if interview we scheduled or just medical" but they will do interview anyway

@happiness ❤️ it's dallas TX i just went to the office when i requested to talk with them they said with i485 it processing like 18 months i think they just say on basic but after they received the medical, it should be around a few months

@happiness ❤️ hello, i have a question for you and I’m sorry to ask you here on your post. what did the letter say? did it say your marriage petition was abandoned? did you file a new i485? my case was the petitioner withdrew the marriage petition so the letter said denied. I already submitted my Vawa but hoping to get Vawa approval fast like you! I hope you are going to get approval for i485 soon too.

@skylar . it says since no one showed up for interview, it’s been abandoned but I did show up though. I filed I-30 and I-485 concurrently. thank you 🙏🏽 and I hope you get approval soon too
