hello all,my field office is Atlanta Highway Montgomery Alabama, anytime I sent a response to this office it’s always pick up by a particular person called D Thomas. when I went for my interview the officer said they didn’t receive my response and there’s nobody called D Thomas in that office. Am so confused

did they recieved them at least ? if not they will not call you for interview

they did receive but they still called for interview, the offer even checked my file and we showed him the proof of delivery that someone in the office pick it up. he said he doesn’t have it
