@sam sam no , because officer on my case , added my expired one to my application, that’s why I didn’t get RFE for it, however I got ready for new one whenever they ask send it fast. Today I called again she said my case is ready for decision.🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

@cl lo ، yes I applied on December 2020 for 360 and 485 on February 2024 got approval on 360 on July 3/2024 my 485 transferred from Baltimore to Charlotte.

my green card was approved and new card produced today I sent my Medicals last week to them.

@sam sam ; Hi Friend! could you please help me by answering my question. as you know , I am in same situation with you . I applied for 485 in 12/28/2020 finally 360 got approved on February 2024. I didn’t get rfe for medical. I got a response from Senator office . they said my application on July 3 transferred to NC , and currently signed to an officer. do you know when your application transfer to NC , after how long you got RFE, was medical RFE request by NC ? I am losing my patience now .

@sam sam : Sam Sam , I got a big issue with my 485 , please answer my question. after you sent your medical rfe , how long does take they updated your status for they received your medical. they sent me a rfe but I never received it snd rfe got expired. Last friday I sent them my medical without having RFE letter because I didn’t receive it and also is going to be one week after deadline. please please answer
