@ayel yael no I did not get any rfe.. I sent car notes with both names, birth certificate of the children we had together, 2 police reports, affidavits, pictures the police took of my body when he hit me when I was pregnant, shelter letters from the domestic violence shelter, bank accounts with both names on it progressive bills with both names on it, text messages of him arguing with me.. pictures of us.. text messages either good or bad ..besides or stuff .

I did my interview on 18th may in Lawrence Ma officer was really nice only question about 485 at the end she said everything was great she only need my finger prints from fbi to aproved and she said in couple weeks you get noticed on mail That’s all do you received aprovedd letter or online ?

I submitted my VAWA application on April 22, 2022, and I received approval for my I-360 just now, on May 22. I am currently waiting for my I-485; I hope it comes soon.

@Alise E the answer is NO.. my attorney did not encourage me to file for vawa. or enticed me to file for vawa. after doing a consultation from my attorney it was necessary for me to do a vawa case.. there is alot of fraud going around that's why uscis asking these question . use common sense. and answer the best way u can and what works for u... !!

hi, I have questions with everyone. my friend she is a girl, was convicted of criminal but her case was dismissed and as fast as I know her criminal case was sealed. after that in same year her Vawa case was approved, does she has any chance to get green card? she didn't have court, her case was dropped and dismissed and sealed. thank you

I don’t know the date yet ! my case has been pending since Feb 2019 it’s been too long 😔 can you tell me please if you took the medical exams with you on the day of your interview ? and how long did you stay in the room ..
