good morning, everyone. Blessed 4th for everyone. Today I woke up with a request for evide(RFE) (NOI) FROM USCIS. My lawyer thinks this is for medical records. Anyone had the same experience??? she asked me to go ahead and get that done. What kind of exams did you do? ###

@Dee Grace divorce? they already aproved my vawa case. I am not divorced yet, and I don't think they will ask me to divorce. lol also birth certificate was sent when My lawyer requested expedite processing for humanitarian reasons 2 months ago. they aproved my vawa in May.

@a n I don't know. it doesn't show thay they transferred it. I got no clue why they aren't updating many of their moves. They aproved my vawa case, sent me the work permit c31, and online only shows my work permit was delivered but so far it doesn't show "your case was aproved

how long did it take to get your card ? did you have SSN before ?

@CH 1 yea.I have the SSN that I received from my first work permit. My lawyer said it will always remain the same. Just change the status of it..

@Alan Menezes My Case was transferred after vawa approval just got my c31 work permit it’s strange why they didn’t update you about i485

what you got is the same as mine. search for a surgeon near you via uscis so the whole process doesn’t get delayed abd make sure u submit within a month. RFE and NOI comes together. congratulations 🎉

@Alan Menezes is probably medical, I got approved March 01st then got medical on April now just waiting since June 13 after sending medical.
