three and a half month

vawa filed december 2021 vawa approved july 29, 2025 rfe for medical october 17 my attorney hand in the medical at the window in the office instead of mailing, october 22, 2025 Green card approved november 17 2025

yes it was in the local field office, but she had to write then before and told them my i485 is sitting there for a while, and they respond immediately

@I received my green card i didn't do any biometrics, they been using my old biometrics from 2019

@tameka Reid my vawa approve October 2024, since then no update on I-485 so I thought you send the letter to uscis to link I-360 and I-485

@shameel masurkar my i485 was there from my marriage interview before my case turn to vawa. so after the vawa approval she wrote to them that my i485 was sitting in their office for sometime now and they need to take action on my case

@shameel masurkar then your lawyer have to reach out to them and let them know that your vawa has been approved over a year and your i485 is sitting in the office and they need to pull your file

hello , i got interview GC yesterday November 25 so it say we sent you a duplicate notice about a decision on your Form I-485, what does means, i was tracking the post office returned back to USCIS. Notice i think USCIS sent me back dublicate
