don’t lose hope. you still have a chance to appeal. I know many people who got denied at first and then got approved when they appealed.

I’m sorry to hear. there are many people who didn’t have enough evidence but still got approved. your affidavit statement helps a lot along with from your friends and etc. try to get all evidence even little small helps. did you have any police report?

@I amraw R @sam sam I had the same type of rfe and used dalbir and paid 25k just for an rfe. I know it is very expensive and have to cough up that money in three months. but it was worth it. I sat with their lawyer personally, many nights working on the response. went over evidence like what we can use and what we can't use and what is double edge sword. very experienced but very expensive now I am waiting for my green card.
