i filed in March 2023 and did biometrics in September

@skylar . i did biometrics for my previous i130/i485 but they still sent me letter for biometrics for i360 in sept 23

@Eob See thank you for replying. did you get EAD card from the marriage petition? I applied for Vawa lately but also filed the marriage petition like you. I see some people who filed marriage petitions then Vawa here did not need bio … I am trying to understand how it works..

@skylar . yes i had ead from previous marriage, they asked me to redo biometrics for vawa. i think my previous biometrics expired. i think it expires after a while

just received biometrics for i485/i360, waiting for i131/i765, checked with lawyer they say its unlikely to get another one but I see a lot of i765/i131 case updates show fingerprints were taken, so might get another one which is just a waste of time since they already have the fingerprints

hi my name is James I filed my case in July 2021 and I received combo card I traveled twice outside the country it will be expired on April 2024 and I’m on my third prima facie I got a one year first and 2 six months the last one was expired in October and I received the third one in a week after the expiration date . my status show that correspondence been received and uscis is reviewing it . it was first posted on October 2022 and was updated again on June 29 2023 now more updates since. congratulations to all who has made this far it took a lot of patience. please pray for me and I’ll do the same for you’ll god bless.
