hey love, how many weeks did u hear back from USCIS? I sent mine off three weeks now Bcx my mom is dead and they haven’t respond back to me how did u know u were approved??

@2022 filer Im sorry for your loss!!! they update in my case, it only took one week since I sent to get the decision

they haven’t respond to me and my mothers funeral is next week Saturday this is depressing

@2022 filer 2022you can call them for the purpose of expedite, likely they will give advance parole just to attend funeral

I do have AP hun but my lawyer is advising me not to travel since I overstayed for so many years

@2022 filer I would advise not to leave the country since you overstayed. if you leave it might lose some trouble at the port of entry for you. I’m so sorry for what you are going through. but it’s better save than to be sorry. you can never know who you will meet at the port of entry. please just be patient and stay put for now. just my 2 cent that all

@2022 filer almost everyone who has AP have overstayed! if you weren’t qualified, you won’t be issued! that’s the whole point of AP, for you to travel. do your research even on here and see that everyone travels with it freely so long as you don’t have any criminal records or in removal proceedings and your i485 is still pending, you are good to go. standard procedure is they take you to secondary for stamping and that’s it. if you really want to pay your mom her last respect, you would go. don’t let anyone on here who hasn’t used it or who doesn’t know what they are talking about tell you otherwise

@2022 filer if you have AP use it and travel. It was given to you for a reason. I overstayed over 3 years and always use AP and come back without issues.

@bethany . after my expedite request was approved it took them 5 months later to approve my case.. After the approval medical was requested in 3 months and 18 days after I was approved I am now a GC holder hang in there and don't lose hope

@bethany . did they up date it on the app or did they sent you and approval by mail?? I expedited 3 weeks ago attached all the documents and no respond
