VAWA Expediate Approved
I sent some document to the USCIS on the Oct 7, 2025 to expediate my I-360 case, 100 days later I got a notification that my expedition has been approved. How long does usually take before they make decision on the case??

Hi all. Does anyone know if I can request all submitted documents from USCIS based on my ongoing case? I just wanna check what’s missing because my lawyer giviyme hard time ignoring my requests ! Is it possible? Anyone experienced this ?

@Man Man As you have a win win case with expediting your I-360,can you help guide me please. I recently lost my mom but I could travel to her last February before she passed but unfortunately I couldn’t make it to be on her funurels because of this tough situation. My dad is seriously sick and I would love to see him but I am afraid if they don’t let me get in. My lawyer said it’s better to be here and she ignores me when I tell her about expediting my case.Should I send a letter with all ongoing situation in my life and medical reports of my dad,so they could expedite my case also?
