did you receive vawa Approval?

@fay h did u expedite or it was the normal processing time for you?

previous fingerprints were applied and we expedited this processing for ead and traveling...no vawa approval yet just prima facie

@fay h i just wanna expedite too how much we have to pay them for expedite theough humanitarian reason or there is no fees for that?

my lawyer did not charge to expedite... no additional charges

@Lucas O I used a lawyer, who made the request and submitted proof...I got a letter from my job citing my indispensable role in a health care institution and copies of my bills, and a conference overseas I should be attending in the near future

in my case, I'm having financial difficulties @Fay h but money comes into my account, but a lot comes out too, for example I moved 4200 dollars, but I spent 4000. do you remember if your case was like that too? and thank you for giving us this light

@Lucas O I focused more on loss to the company which is Healthcare...if you have a pending job offer or possibly facing termination bc expiring ead then that's also good argument

@Lucas O sorry for vawa I used lawyer Tamika Jude...she's beyond amazing...I have approved i140 and was confused as I didn't use lawyer for that

@fay h did you file i485 along with your i140 too? did you port/transfer your priority date from i140 to i360?

@uscislin linuscis no I haven't done anything with my approved i140 as I'm awaiting approval for i360
