Yes it happened to me, my last Prima Facies and then USCIS will flag it as a change in address. So you will have to complete an AR-11 Form

now it will be delayed more due to Govt shutdown so have patience and good news will come .

@hope courage FYI government shut down doesn’t apply to USCIS as all the agency expenses including wages are from the fees of the application. USCIS is the only agency that doesn’t run on congressional budget approval.

December 2020 here, they forgot or lost those files, no excuse for take too long.

right hopefully they did not loose the files but how is that even possible ? thank you for your support never had an RFE and I’m outside the us thank god I didn’t stay there

I am December 2020 and the form for the working permit was sent to a different office. I called the senator of my state and he helped me out to look for it and it got approved in march 2023.

I left the USA before the expiration of my visa I filed I-360 only with a lawyer based in the USA. then I have to go through consular processing to get the green card. I still go to the us very often with my job. In three years I was able to achieve many things and I thank god for making the decision to leave the us before being overstay. you are all very strong hopefully we all get approved soon so we can leave this in the past
