@Leo I have not received any prima facie. I contacted my (US) Representative and they sent her a reply back saying that since my case was way out of date they would take refer it to an adjudicatory officer. Before this I never got any other paper notice

i765 vawa with vermont center is taking 10 months... i 360 will take 27months before to get approved... i485 will 1 year after the date i360 get approved...

27 monts woow it's take very long time may case is file on August 2021 at today only finger prints take for may old case .

My i360 is showing case was received that’s March 15, 21. i765 was approved this week and i485 was updated to show that my fingerprints were taken.

Got prima facie and my old fingerprints was used for both i485 and my EAD

gaff vee ! congrats 🎉! mine was showing case on received , got a prima facie on April2021 , also 765, 132 got approved on last June , they sent me to do new fingerprint on last July after my both 131,765 were approved. I am tired of long waiting 😔😔😔

@Houston YEAH at Vermont / @Siva March 2021 and got my i765 approval this week though my old fingerprints were used for both i765 and i485

@ beautiful thing. I would guess so. they told my congresswoman that they’ll refer the case to an adjudicating officer. that was almost two weeks ago

@rigo I got my ead last year looking like I will have to apply again the processing time increased again

well I haven’t got any RFE nothing out there then a case update that my name was updated. that’s why I contacted my congresswoman to find out if it’s been forgotten or just haven’t touch it at all

I got the update that my old fingerprints would be used yesterday

I guess @beautiful / @rigo did they use your fingerprints for the greencard I-485

before that, “Name Was Updated” was the update I had since July

@rigo your i360 status update was yesterday? because I know you mentioned you contacted your congress so when did you contacted the Congrees person?

so a little more then a week ago she replied with USCIS response

for my i360 it says that correspondence was received and uscis is reviewing it. since las September 2021

@rigo mine is showing correspondence was received and Uscis is reviewing it since April and updated again in November 8th when I contacted the congress but Vermont did not respond to my inquiry.

You guys are moving fast mine is just showing case was received (360) but my i485 fingerprints were taken

@gaff some ppl it don't show but straight goes to approval at least you had the status update.

no , they sent me to do new one which was done on last July , but they used my old one to approve my 131and 765 .

no rfe at’ll just got my ead approved this Tuesday as well

did you applied base on C9 or C31 ? but you said you have 485 as well , why you got your approval for 765 so late?

my lawyer applied base on C9 and my 485 is just showing that fingerprints were applied not approved yet. my i765 was approved last Tuesday

mine is same as you . 485 shows fingerprint were taken . my 765 was approved on last June . USCIS was mixed up all things because of Covid. God gives us help to be patient.🙏🏻🙏🏻

You need to file an I-765 based on c09 category. otherwise you’ll be stuck for another year without EAD. you or your must have filed a c31 category which is only issued after approval. Just file a new I-765 c9 and send in with the copy of you I-485 receipt notice.
