@Tiwa b yeah I'm with the others here. You're only delaying your case massively here because without preliminary approval it might just sit there until they feel like sending you rfe. Not even sure how to advise you on this one. Sending evidence by itself seems risky since it can get lost this way. Maybe wait for them to ask? Idk. Ask a lawyer.
