yes, you may get an rfe for medical documents and then interview. when did you apply for Vawa and when was it approved?

@ny USA RFE was sometime in March and I responded in June and approval came out August 12th

@Miracles Faith yes! prima facie is the first thing you get to determine that your abuse case is eligible for review . after that they may require for RFE which stands forā request for more evidenceā this usually happens when they require more evidence or documents to proof your case .

@Miracles Faith ,they will keep renewing your prima facie every 6 months or so until your Vawa is approved . for RFE is documents to substantiate your claims and case . itās in case by case based.
