Good morning everyone, I sent the I-360, I-485 and I-765 concurrent on October 13, 2022, the notice came on December 9, I still haven't received prima facie nor an appointment for biometrics. How long did it take for you guys to get the biometrics appointment and to receive the prima facie? #VAWA #c9

@Katrona I know that there are people who don't even receive prima facie, but I'm worried about the EAD!!

@Jr Jr some people get approval without PF. so don’t be discouraged. I received my PF in the mail on Monday 02/27. I’m really waiting and praying for biometrics so I can get work authorization card.

@E E yeah you're case still can be denied but at first look, you're case is approvable in what I understand for PF! i could be very wrong but it makes sense Lol they look over your case and if all requirementshave been met they send you the PF!
